What’s Inside?
Crew is a granular solution packed with two active ingredients that weeds fear: dithiopyr and isoxaben. These strong chemicals work together using Verge granule technology to deliver exceptional pre-emergence control of a wide variety of grassy and broadleaf weeds and early post-emergent control of crabgrass, providing turf protection throughout the summer and fall.

Some of the most commonly found weeds that Crew controls include chickweed, clover, crabgrass, dandelion, goosegrass, common mallow, Poa annua, oxalis, and spurge.

It can be safely applied on both warm- and cool-season turfgrasses, making it suitable for use in all regions. Plus, it’s compatible with over 410 ornamentals, ensuring comprehensive weed control across your entire landscape.
How to Use Crew
Using Crew is a breeze. For optimal performance, apply Crew before weed seed germination in early spring or fall when the soil surface is free of weeds and debris.
Apply at a rate of 150 to 200 pounds per acre (3.44 to 4.59 pounds per 1,000 square feet) for best results. For post-emergence crabgrass control, apply before the five-leaf growth stage or first tiller. If you want to extend your weed control, additional applications can take place between five and ten weeks after the first.
Water treated areas within 21 days of application if rainfall is not expected. In addition to being effective and easy to apply, Crew is low-odor, dust-free, and nonstaining, so you can apply it hassle-free with no special PPE required.
Where Can Crew Be Used?
Crew is suitable for use in a variety of settings, including residential and commercial turf, golf courses, and sports turf. However, it’s not recommended for use on Colonial bentgrass and certain fine fescue varieties. Consult the label and SDS for more information on application parameters.
