- UPS or Fed-Ex and/or DHL depending on warehouse location. Standard rates apply + handling fees apply.

- Includes shipments made by a sales rep (with or without a sales trailer).
- Excludes customer pick-ups.
- UPS/DHL/FedEx and direct ships have their own separate freight schedules and charges.
Return Policy
Advanced Turf Solutions offers a 30-day Limited Return/Refund Policy from date of purchase on most items. As a result of Advanced Turf’s diverse product offering, certain product restrictions apply to this policy.
Products must be new, clean, unopened in original packaging with label, not discontinued, and able to be resold. A receipt or invoice must be provided at the time of the return.
Return Policy Exceptions
Some product restrictions apply including but not limited to the following:
- Agency Products
- Ice Melt
- Fertilizers with Pre-emergent
- Special Order Parts and Products
Restocking Fee
Advanced Turf Solutions charges a 15% restocking fee with all returns.
