ATS Connect is distinct from our public-facing website and ATS Shop in terms of how data is collected and managed. We do not implement independent analytics or tracking technologies within the authenticated ATS Connect environment beyond those necessary to operate the platform and support account functionality, and any such functionality is limited to supporting account access, transactions, and platform operation.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary, based on the nature of the information and applicable legal obligations, to:

• Provide our services;
• Complete transactions;
• Maintain business and operational records; and
