We are pleased to welcome two new golf sales representatives to our team. Rodney Crouse will serve the North Carolina and South Carolina markets, and Michael Susshine will serve the Tennessee market.
With over a decade of experience in golf course management, Rodney Crouse was previously the superintendent of the Old Town Club in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He was also first assistant superintendent at St. James Plantation.
Crouse, a graduate of Michigan State University, is a Class A Superintendent with the GCSAA and is a member of both the Carolinas GCSA and the Cape Fear GCSA. In addition, he is on the National Committee for the Board of Directors for the Carolinas GCSA.
Michael Susshine joins Advanced Turf after twelve years at Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC., where he developed and increased the sales territory in Eastern Pennsylvania and served dealers, golf courses, lawn care operators, nurseries, and greenhouses. Susshine was previously the Director of Agronomy for Liberty Golf Group, overseeing six City of Philadelphia golf courses and a golf course in northern Delaware. He also spent sixteen years as the superintendent in northern New Jersey, where he managed a five-million-dollar renovation and grow-in of a premium public golf course.
A graduate of Penn State University, Susshine is a twenty-eight-year member of the GCSAA and has memberships in the Philadelphia Association of Golf Course Superintendents (PAGCS) and the Central Pennsylvania Association of Golf Course Superintendents.
