Advanced Turf Solutions recently held its annual operations meeting. The two days of training and team-building concluded with an awards banquet to recognize exceptional contributions from our operations employees in 2022.

Spotlight Awards

The Spotlight Award is reserved for operations team members who exemplify excellent service, not only to our customers but to Advanced Turf Solutions as well. Team members are nominated by their facility managers, then candidates are submitted to regional managers for final selection.

The following individuals were honored with the esteemed Spotlight Awards for exceptional job performance.

South Region

Regional Facility Manager of the Year Awards

A facility manager in each of our three regions is recognized for their exceptional leadership and service to their teams every year. The following managers were honored with the Regional Facility Manager of the Year award.

South Region: Andrew Heller, Facility Manager in Nashville, TN
Northeast Region: Dan Mauch, Facility Manager in Boardman, OH
Northwest Region: Jim Stoller, Facility Manager in Elkhart, IN

Facility Manager of the Year

Our overall Facility Manager of the Year is selected from the three Regional Facility Manager of the Year award winners. This year, we had an unbreakable tie between Andrew Heller and Jim Stoller. Congratulations to both gentlemen for being honored with this award.

Operations Employee of the Year

The Operations Employee of the Year is selected by the executive team to recognize an operations employee, regardless of their role. Congratulations to Pat Kelley for receiving this honor.
