Course Summary:

This course will give you the tools to develop a company culture that successfully retains employees. Discussion topics include understanding the generational trends in today’s workforce and strategies for providing employees the right work-life balance, opportunities, incentives, and recognition. The course will also focus on keeping employees busy during the off-season and fostering their career paths.

About the Instructor:

Rick Grant is a sales manager for Advanced Turf Solutions with 30 years of experience in the green industry. He has a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University and also attended the Center for Creative Leadership and the Wharton Business School where his coursework included how to integrate finance and marketing in leadership opportunities.
