This course will give an in-depth look into the importance of amino acid technology and how it improves the efficiency and performance of fertilizer programs in golf course and sports turf management. The course will move onto soil testing topics and the importance of balanced nutrition related to maximizing plant health and optimizing pesticide performance. This lecture will also present updated research on Armament and how it improves nutrient utilization, and growers will learn the key products that Foliar-Pak provides for balanced plant nutrition.
Curt Geron is the Foliar-Pak Territory Manager and the lead for Foliar-Pak product development. He has been with EnP Investments, the manufacturer of Foliar-Pak, for over a decade. Curt has a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Agronomy from The Ohio State University. He has also been a golf course superintendent and owner of a lawn care company.
John Gruneisen is the Midwest Territory Sales Manager for EnP, supporting the Foliar-Pak product line. He has a Bachelor of Science in Turfgrass Science and a minor in Plant Pathology from The Ohio State University. John spent 9 years in the golf industry before getting into the vendor sector of the green industry.
