What makes you passionate about what you do?
I like the jack of all trades, occasional master of some (or the majority) nature of being an Assistant or Golf Course Superintendent. Taking ownership and pride for the grounds you and your team manage. There is no finer feeling than getting the course to peak conditioning and having the team bringing their A-game to get it done. The positive feedback of the golfers who enjoyed the product you put out for them through their entire round. I would love to help provide the tools, and agronomic inputs to superintendents to help them be successful and present their best product within their budgetary means. Nothing would give me more satisfaction.
What does ATS offer that your competitors don't?

I feel that this includes our customers. I feel that what we bring to the table increases the abilities of our customers to be successful.
What's your best turf tip?
Do your job to the best of you and your teams ability. There's not really anymore you could do or should do everyday. Also, remember to take time for yourself, your family, and friends. The course will always be there, but the relationships and quality time are most important.
