PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The Advanced Turf Solutions / Corteva Ultimate Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on 9/11/23 at 2:00:00 PM Central Time (“CT”) and ends on 12/31/23 at 11:59:59 PM (CT) (“Promotion Period”). Entry into the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period can be completed at the Advanced Turf Solutions booth at the 2023 Elevate Expo in Dallas, TX and the Equip Expo in Louisville, KY (individually, the “Show”; collectively, the “Shows”); via registration into the 2023 Corteva Ultimate Rewards early order program (the, “Program”), via a purchase of Participating Products in the Program, and/or via mail-in entry, as more fully described below.
ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the states of Connecticut, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia and Wisconsin (“Promotion Area”); who are 18 years of age or older; and are a lawn care business owner/operator; or are a golf course superintendent; or are a sports field manager at the time of entry and at the time of awarding of any prize. Employees of Advanced Turf Solutions (“Sponsor”), Corteva, Inc., Steel Green Manufacturing LLC, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotion and other agencies (collectively “Promotion Entities”) and their families and/or those living in the same household of each, and employees of competitors of Sponsor or other booth exhibitors at the Shows are not eligible are not eligible. Void outside of the Promotion Area and where otherwise prohibited.

HOW TO ENTER: You may receive an entry into the Sweepstakes, as follows:

1. Show Entry – Elevate Expo:
  1. Visit the Advanced Turf Solutions booth (#1107) at the Elevate Expo in Dallas, TX from 9/11/23 – 9/12/23;
  2. Elevate Expo entry period on 9/11/23 is 2 PM (CT) – 6 PM (CT) and on 9/12/23 is 10 AM (CT) – 2 PM (CT);
  3. Once at the Advanced Turf Solutions booth, locate a booth representative and request to have your Show badge scanned to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) badge scan entry per person.
  Show Entry – Equip Expo:
  1. Visit the Advanced Turf Solutions booth (#10215) at the Equip Expo in Louisville, KY from 10/18/23 – 10/20/23;
  2. Equip Expo entry period on 10/18/23 is 12 PM (CT) – 5 PM (CT), on 10/19/23 is 9 AM (CT) – 5 PM (CT), and on 10/20/23 is 9 AM (CT) – 2 PM (CT);
  3. Once at the Advanced Turf Solutions booth, locate a booth representative and request to have your Show badge scanned to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) badge scan entry per person.

1. Corteva Ultimate Rewards Early Order Program (the “Program”) Registration. You can receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes by going to https://coreultimaterewards.com (“Website”) during the Promotion Period, register for the 2023 Corteva Ultimate Rewards Early Order Program, and select Advanced Turf Solutions for Distributor.

Participating Product Purchase. Purchase the minimum number of units (as noted in the chart below) of the participating Corteva products (“Participating Products”) from Advanced Turf Solutions during the Promotion Period via the Program:

Mail-in Entry / No Purchase Entry: To enter the Sweepstakes without making a purchase or attending a Show, hand-print in ink on a 3″ x 5″ piece of paper, your full name, company name, title, business address and zip code, daytime phone number including area code and age. Mail this completed entry in an outer mailing envelope with sufficient postage affixed to: Advanced Turf / Corteva Ultimate Sweepstakes, Attn: Entry, 12955 Ford Drive, Fishers, IN 46038. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 12/31/23 and received by 1/7/24. No copies, facsimiles or mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Promotion Entities assume no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, illegible or postage due entries or mail. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per outer stamped mailing envelope per person. Promotion Entities are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, damaged, stolen, postage due or mutilated mail.

Limit of five (5) entries per person in the Sweepstakes – regardless of method of entry.

ALL ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED DURING THE PROMOTION PERIOD WILL BE ENTERED INTO THE SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING. If for any reason during the Promotion Period, an entry is not compliant with these Official Rules as solely determined by Sponsor, the entry will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. All entry materials become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Entry into the Sweepstakes via the entry methods noted in rule 3A, 3B and 3C will automatically opt-in the entrant to future email communications from the Sponsor.

NOTE: Entries must be made solely by the entrant. Online entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other website, email address, including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes. The use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address, mailing address and/or phone number of entrants.

The Website database clock will be the official timekeeper for online entries in this Sweepstakes. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. Promotion Entities shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes. Promotion Entities assume no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries.

In the event of a dispute regarding entries, any online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email account submitted at the time of entry, provided that person meets all eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules. “Authorized Account Holder” means the natural person who is assigned to an email account by Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Entrants may not participate with multiple email accounts and/or email addresses, nor may entrants use any device or artifice to enter as multiple entrants in the Sweepstakes. Any entrant who attempts to enter with multiple email accounts, multiple email addresses, under multiple identities or uses any other device or artifice to enter multiple times beyond the entry limitation stated above will be disqualified from participation and all entries submitted by that entrant will be void. Only fully completed entries are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.

RANDOM DRAWING: One (1) prizewinner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 1/15/24 from among all eligible entries received by Sponsor or its designee, whose decisions are final and binding.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential prizewinner will be notified by phone, mail and/or email at Sponsor’s discretion using contact information collected during the entry process with instructions on how to verify eligibility and claim the prize. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by the potential winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within three (3) business days of the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will attempt to contact up to three (3) potential winners in accordance with the above procedure, after which the prize may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. The decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding.
PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV)/ODDS: One (1) prize is available. Prizewinner will receive their choice of one (1) Steel Green Manufacturing Spreader/Sprayer from the following options: one (1) SG36 Spreader/Sprayer (ARV $16,425); or one (1) SG46 Spreader/Sprayer (ARV $16,955); or one (1) SG52 Spreader/Sprayer (ARV $17,395). Odds of winning depend on total number of eligible entries received from all methods combined during the Promotion Period. Unclaimed prize will not be awarded. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes on any prize are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner. Prizewinner will receive a 1099 tax form for the approximate retail value of the prize.
GENERAL: Potential prizewinner will be required to sign and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release, and where permitted by law, Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”). Winner may be required to provide proof of eligibility prior to awarding of any prize. If prize notification or prize is returned as nondeliverable, or if potential winner fails or refuses to sign and return all Prize Claim Documents within seven (7) days after first notification, potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected in accordance with these Official Rules. No correspondence will be acknowledged. No cash equivalents, transfer or substitution of prize permitted except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that an offered prize is unavailable. Subject to all federal, state and local laws/regulations. Neither the Promotion Entities nor their respective directors, officers and agents (“Released Parties”) will have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize or participation in the Sweepstakes or any prize-related activities, and winner agrees to and does fully release and hold these parties harmless. Acceptance of a prize shall be construed as and signify the winner’s agreement and consent that Sponsor may use the winner’s name, voice, likeness and/or prize information, without limitation, for commercial or noncommercial purposes without further consideration, review, approval or payment, where allowed by law. Winner acknowledges that neither Sponsor nor its agents have made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including, but not limited to, its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize, if any, are subject to the manufacturers’ terms therefore and winner agrees to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer or in administration of the Sweepstakes.
LIMITATIONS AND RELEASES: Any attempted form of entry into the Sweepstakes, other than the entry methods stated, is prohibited. Promotion Entities are not responsible for lost, late, mutilated or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, software, electronic, network, telephone or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, errors in transmission, lost or unavailable network connections, telephone connections, wireless phone connections, web site, internet, or ISP availability, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, incomplete or inaccurate capture of entry information (regardless of cause) or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed transmissions which may limit or restrict an entrant’s ability to enter the Sweepstakes, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s phone and/or computer, or other matter relating to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or uploading any materials in the Sweepstakes. If for any reason any entry method(s) are not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, and award the prize from among all eligible nonsuspect entries received up to the action taken by the Sponsor provided a sufficient number of eligible entries have been received. Caution: Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.
