ATS Winter Education Series

For many turf enthusiasts, the long winter months are a good time to expand your knowledge of turf management. To assist you with this pursuit, Advanced Turf Solutions would like to invite each of you to our Winter Education Series. This two part series will offer sessions pertinent to golf course superintendents or lawn care and landscape operations management.

We are proud to announce the speaker for our golf course superintendent sessions will be Dr. Barb Corwin. Dr. Corwin has over 25 years experience in plant disease diagnostics and has worked with the turfgrass industry since 1994. Dr. Corwin left the University of Missouri in 2005 after serving 20 years as the diagnostician for the extension Plant Diagnostic Clinic and three years as State Specialist for Turf and Ornamental diseases. She currently has her own consulting company, Turfgrass Diagnostics LLC.

Dr. Corwin will cover topics including bacteria wilt, Pythium volutum, and additional issues from 2011.  Details regarding our lawn care and landscape sessions will be posted shortly. We hope to see you all at one of these upcoming events!
