Experience

“I am a former Golf Course Superintendent, who has been in the green industry for over 20 years.”

What makes you passionate about what you do?

“Nothing is more enjoyable to me than working together with my customers to help them produce a better product -- stronger, more healthy plants that hold up better to the challenging environment of the Greater St. Louis area.”

What does ATS offer that your competitors don't?

“We have the trifecta: the strongest portfolio of products to solve any problem, a wealth of knowledge, both in our facility and on the streets, and service that is second to none.”

Describe [a] customer problem(s) you are proud of solving:

“I have turned 'problem' areas or properties around many times with both the knowledge and tools that competitors just don't have. I believe that recommending the right product, used at the right time, is paramount to success - and I take doing so very seriously.”

What's your best turf tip?

"Use the highest quality fertilizer and grass seed you can possibly afford to use, both in the short and long term. It will pay off. Take grass seed for example. Genetics are often overlooked in residential lawn care because it is so competitive, and people buy a name brand they have heard of. Better genetics in the bag may increase the cost a few bucks in the fall, but when the property looks much better in coming years, it pays dividends.”
