Describe [a] customer problem(s) you are proud of solving:
"Helping a baseball association improve their skinned infield. The field had multiple issues and was frequently rained out. Doing a soil test to determine the proper infield mix for them was crucial to help with the rainouts and playability of the field. The other part of the problem was just a lack of understanding of some of the methods used to help maintain a baseball infield. By recommending the right products based on testing for their site and spending the extra time training staff on those products, I know I was able to give that facility a long-term solution and correct their issue the first time."
