The 9th Annual Indiana State Superintendents Championship Tournament

Last Monday, Advanced Turf Solutions hosted the 9th Annual Indiana State Superintendents Championship Tournament at Hawk’s Tail of Greenfield. The tournament was in memory of Don LaPierre, longtime Indiana golf course superintendent.

The course at Hawk’s Tail, formerly Greenfield Country Club, was in pristine condition. It was a close tournament; Jim Loupee of Morris Park Country Club was the low gross winner after a one-hole play tiebreaker against J.T. Nickless of Vincennes Golf Course.  Brad Coole of Rolling HIlls Country Club was the low net winner, and Devin Miles of Thunderbolt Pass Golf Course won the Assistant’s Tournament. It was a chilly, but beautiful day for golf.
