We will continue to monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation closely and provide updates on this webpage as they become available. Here, you will also find links to financial resources, state-by-state executive orders, and guidance on business operations during COVID–19.

Our number one priority is the health and well-being of our employees, customers, and communities. Next to that, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our customers. We have implemented preventative measures and taken action to reduce face-to-face contact, but Advanced Turf Solutions will continue business operations unless ordered to close by state or federal authorities.

We are committed to being your trusted partner in turf management. We encourage you to be proactive and place orders early. Still, we can assure you that we have made significant investments to properly serve our customers and have a good supply of inventory throughout our locations at this time.

Advanced Turf Solutions Updates

June 7, 2021

Updated COVID precautions as of June 7, 2021:

Per CDC guidelines, masks are still recommended but are no longer required for fully vaccinated individuals.
Temporary occupancy limits remain in effect based on state and local guidelines.
Customers are asked to stay in designated areas and adhere to social distancing guidelines of at least 6 feet.
We encourage our walk-in customers to call ahead to place orders with their sales representative before picking up. Customers can call when they arrive for pickup and have their orders delivered to their vehicles without ever having to come inside. Phone numbers for all of our walk-in locations can be found on the Contact Us page.

January 7, 2021

Advanced Turf Solutions locations all currently remain open with doors unlocked to customers.

In the event that local governments require the closure of retail businesses, Advanced Turf Solutions locations in those areas will continue to serve commercial businesses; however, our warehouses and offices will be limited to essential employees only. Customers will be asked to call ahead to place orders and remain in their vehicles for pickup.
We encourage our walk-in customers to call ahead to place orders with their sales representative before picking up. Customers can call when they arrive for pickup and have their orders delivered to their vehicles without ever having to come inside. Phone numbers for all of our walk-in locations can be found on the Contact Us page.
Customers coming inside our locations are required to adhere to the following temporary precautions:
- Face coverings are required while inside Advanced Turf Solutions.
- Only one person per company may come inside.
- Adhere to temporary occupancy limits, and if the occupancy limit is met, remain outside until another customer leaves.
- Remain in designated areas and do not cross any barriers.
- Adhere to social distancing guidelines of at least 6 feet.

With the holidays being an especially high-risk time for COVID transmission, Advanced Turf Solutions is taking extra precautions to keep our employees and customers safe.

All Advanced Turf Solutions facilities are temporarily limited to employees only. We are requesting that walk-in customers call ahead to place orders with their sales representative and remain in their vehicles for pickup. Customers should call when they arrive for pickup and our staff will deliver orders to their vehicles. Phone numbers for all of our walk-in locations can be found on the Contact Us page.

Advanced Turf Solutions walk-in locations have reopened to the public with limited occupancy and temporary precautions.

Face coverings are required while inside Advanced Turf Solutions.

May 11, 2020

Advanced Turf Solutions will resume service to residential customers/homeowners picking up products for their personal lawns.

Some Advanced Turf Solutions locations are bringing the shopping experience outside for walk-up service through our garage doors (select locations only and weather permitting).
Customers should still call ahead with their orders and can call when they arrive for pickup to have orders delivered to their vehicles.
Our warehouses and offices remain limited to employees only at this time.
On May 18, our doors will open to customers with limited occupancy. Customers coming inside our locations will be required to adhere to the following temporary precautions:

March 31, 2020

Due to the stay-at-home orders and guidelines for essential businesses, we are only able to service commercial businesses at our walk-in locations at this time.

We are temporarily unable to provide service to individuals picking up products for their personal lawns.
We continue to ask commercial businesses to call ahead to place orders and remain in their vehicles for pickup.
Our warehouses and offices are temporarily limited to essential employees only.
We will continue making scheduled customer deliveries while practicing social distancing.

March 16, 2020

Advanced Turf Solutions is taking extra precautions to make our business locations safe for employees and customers.

We are following CDC guidelines for personal hygiene and preventative measures at all of our locations.
All travel, in-person meetings, and customer events have been suspended until further notice.
All employees that can work from home are doing so.
We have taken steps to eliminate close contact among our employees working onsite.
Our sales team will continue to visit customers as needed. However, sales representatives will avoid having suppliers ride in their trucks and will stay away from public areas.
We will continue making scheduled customer deliveries while practicing social distancing.
